Gatherings

This offering consists of a small group of 6-12 people in a carefully selected space to facilitate a calm, grounded environment for authentic sharing and community. A gathering can start with a conversation about what intention you’d like to set for the space during the day. Then being guided through a grounding meditation to let go of our everyday distractions to be fully present for the experience. There may be a movement workshop, open to all folks with different body types and mobility; this may incorporate some breathing techniques and stretching. A variety of snacks and beverages (non-alcoholic) will be available throughout the gathering, we invite you to come with an open heart and mind.

Intuition

In a gathering, we might focus on topics related to our intuition and how that informs the life we live. Some people may experience it through a “gut feeling” (clairsentience) or others may have the ability to just know, also known as claircognizance. Often intuition can be clouded by overthinking, societal norms, or past experiences. By working with your own intuition you’ll discover your own inner wisdom and guidance. Intuition is a skill we are innately born with, it is the connection between body, mind, and the highest frequency of ourselves, guides, and consciousness.

Topics for Gathering

  1. Thought exercises in exploring our minds to understand our intuition, dreams, and synchronicities in our lives

    • Inquiring into the differences between our dreams, memories, and origins of our intuition.

Ex. Remember the last time you were driving a car vs imagine yourself driving the car underwater with fish swimming around you.

See if you can distinguish the difference between memory & imagination.

  2. Understanding how your intuition comes to you and training your clairsenses

    • Clairvoyance (clear seeing), Clairaudience (clear hearing), Clairsentience (clear feeling),

Clairalience (clear smelling), Clairgustance (clear tasting), Claircognizance (clear knowing)

  3. Generational, societal, and karmic patterns

    • Viewing how reoccurring patterns have impacted us since childhood and play out into our adult lives; we may notice new ways to navigate these patterns to live more freely.
